Our usual lead times are 6 - 8 weeks depending on a variety of factors such as the HOA's approval process, your county or city permitting office and the availability of products especially custom products. Other factors include an approaching hurricane which will bring most lead times for new customers to 16 - 20 weeks. We understand this is not ideal and are working towards faster service.

Many Floridians do not realize that their home may qualify for one or more insurance discounts with Hurricane Protection upgrades like Hurricane Shutters. In most cases, in order to qualify, you must have each opening containing glass protected. Ask your home insurance for more information.

We offer stock options such as White, Ivory, Beige and Bronze for no extra charge. We also offer house color paint matching or any custom color and texture you would like at a low extra cost.

Here at Custom Storm Shutters, we offer a 10 year manufacturing warranty for our products as well as a 3 year installation warranty through us. If these go out of date, we do offer paid servicing for hurricane shutter products.
